There’s some nice snow this weekend in Caanan Valley and the weather report looks cold and snowy for the coming week. This picture shows a run at Timberline under gorgeous conditions (not sure when), but I think the conditions are pretty nice there these days as well.
From Ilam House to Timberline is about a ten-minute drive - easy. And while staying at Ilam House you have the benefit of being close to the slopes — while being in a secluded spot, being closer to food/entertainment in David and Thomas, and avoiding the ski crowds and gatehouse every time you go to and from the house
